I only put the SKSE64 and SkyUI requirements to let people know immediately that for the mod to function as intended by the authors they are required. You can use the mod without them but you will only have access to the base spells and won't be able to benefit from the Perk system which allows you to upgrade them and make them your own. Can I use this mod without and still get spells without the extras?
